Apavisa travelled to Galician, in northern Spain, for this new residential project, consisting of the renovation of a 1950s building in the centre of Vigo.
Espacio Siete was the firm commissioned to renovate this space and turn it into 10 upscale homes. They chose several of our collections for use in various areas:

Instinto Taupe Natural in a 120x260 format was the tile chosen for the bathroom and shower floors and walls. The versatility of the 120x260 format provides an excellent technical and aesthetic solution for wet zones. The result is a minimalist style that adapts to any project.
Terratec Grey Lappato 60×60 was used for the floor tiles in the building lobby, and the same product in white was used for the corridors, staircases and storage rooms. This is a high-performance through body material that is ideal for high traffic areas. Terratec’s lappato finish complies with C2 regulations, making is suitable for use in communal areas.
Object Grey Non-slip 90×90 was used in the exteriors. The Class 3 non-slip finish is perfect for this type of space, as the surface is designed specifically for easy maintenance.
