The University of Bergen, founded in 1946, is a public research university located in Norway. It is attended by around 17,000 students and is home to one of the largest and leading climate research centers in Northern Europe, the Bjerknes Center for Climate Research.
For this project, Apavisa supplied Green 100x100 tiles from the Mood collection for its different buildings, both old and new
The goal was for the cantine, dining room, and several studying areas to have a warm and mediterranean look that created a feeling of calm, peace, and concentration.
With its unique cement effect, Mood collection evokes the beauty of the classic and original Venetian stucco. Metallic traces in a combination of matt and glossy gilded shimmers to merge traditional craftsmanship with contemporary style.
