This is BUWOG's new office building at Rathausstrasse 1, on the site of the former data processing centre of the city of Vienna. The building presents a modern and very attractive working environment.
Inside, from the room concept to the desk, everything is ultra-modern. Bright, open surfaces with lots of glass, meeting areas and retreat options make it a space that encourages creativity and innovation.
Both for the waiting area in the lobby, equipped with a library and comfortable seating, and the client area, with comfortable sofas, Apavisa's Equinox White collection was chosen for the flooring, with a 120x260 format and a thickness of 6.5mm. A very versatile collection, capable of interpreting different styles and spaces with authority.
