Hotel ICON BCN is a building full of charm located on Calle Roger de Llúria, next to La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, in the heart of Barcelona. It is a luxury hotel with a select restaurant and a unique atmosphere that invites you to comfortably enjoy the centre of Barcelona.
Verum Hotel Development was in charge of its reconversion, changing its distribution structure, creating a new terrace and restaurant areas. For the decoration of the rooms and corridors, mouldings, capitals and skirting boards were incorporated as a tribute to the period in which the building was built and for the flooring in some of the spaces, Verum Hotel chose the Encaustic collection by Apavisa with different colours and finishes.
The result is a modernist, cosy and sophisticated hotel, perfect for discovering the city.
